A pint of Guinness waits for its owner Kasey Shuman to return on St. Patrick's Day at Shakespeare's bar. Kasey is an chemistry major at Mizzou, and said he was originally excited to go out for the night. "I thought the bars were going to be crazy tonight, but things seem pretty dead."
