Kelly Mitchum scoops some lavender honey custard for a customer at Sparky's Frozen Custard on Ninth Street. Kelly has worked at Sparky's for five year's and really loves the little kids that come in. "I would have to say that the lavender honey mixed with chocalate, is my favorite flavor," says Kelly.
